An evening to discuss and raise awareness of the impacts of cycling related concussion and head injury. Crashing your bike is definitely something to avoid but sometimes it just happens and often our heads are the vulnerable bit of our bodies. Do you know what the signs of concussion are and what to look out for? How to treat something you can’t see?
Join us for an evening with Tweed valley mountain rescue, an A&E doctor and some club members who have had significant concussions for a discussion to raise awareness on these topics.
