DESCRIPTION:  \n\nThis winter PCC is inviting members to join strength and conditioning classes to start your 2024 season. The classes will be delivered by Judyta\, a fully-certified Pilates teacher and Pilates studio owner\, endurance triathlete and cyclists as well as a triathlon coach.\nPILATES FOR CYCLISTS\nInvesting in your body will pay off not just in the saddle but also in other areas of your life. Working on dynamic stability and building more balance body via Pilates allows your you to maintain correct alignment for longer\, maximising muscle efficiency and protecting bones and joints from overuse injuries. If you physio mentions that you have to work on your core strength\, thoracic spine mobility\, shoulder stability\, glute activation\, better rotation\, hip mobility… it is all here! Judyta will include further exercises specific to a cyclist’s body to get you stronger in time for the start of the season.\nWhere? The Drill Hall\, Peebles\, Room 1.
