Thursday Night - Peebles High School Gym Hall

Arrive at 7 for a 7:15 start. (finishes around 9)


Usually in the second half everyone splits into teams and there is a series of sprint relays!

The evening is usually broken into two 45 minute sessions. The first is a warm-up with some easier efforts, there is then a short break followed by a harder 45 minutes session. The efforts are only as hard as you make them. This means the session is suitable for anyone from beginners to racers.
