Good news and bad news……..
Bad news, unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control the road out from Moffat will be closed for forestry extraction vehicles to work. This work has been rescheduled from early in the year when it was cancelled due to the long term bad weather.
Good news, we all get to over Talla and if you wish to make up the 90 go twice round Berry Bush and Witchy Knowe
Peebles Cycling Club are pleased to annouce their annual sportive, the Tour of Tweeddale, probably the best value sportive to be had on some of the best routes in Scotland. With 3 different routes, 50, 70 or 90 miles, the choice is yours with all routes going via feed station no.1 at Tweedsmuir and coming back together at feed station no.2 at the Gordon Arms.
You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete or have a Tour de France riders pedigree, just look at the photo above if you need convincing haha…………
